  It's huge so wear comfy shoes and allow some time to go around. There are top quality brands to kit your house out top to bottom with and enough staff to give you a personal service without being intrusive.

  "DISGRACEFUL"
  Bought a pair of sofa's from here 2 years ago and I'm still waiting for them to supply me with sofas matching the quality of the one displayed in showroom that I picked. Have had 4 replacements in this time all being of very poor quality, (Chinese made sofas sold at premium prices) have had to wait 4 to 5 months to get these replaced each time.
  I payed extra to upgrade to "The Cooper" sofa on their 3rd attempt. BTW:The customer service aftersales that is a total disgrace as mentioned in other customer reviews they don't always return phone calls or answer emails. They promised me that the replacement sofas had been quality inspected prior to delivery. They then arrived with scuffs, also the stiching on the leather was really bad it was different sizes with wobbly lines and the seams which are a feature on this sofa were at all very different angles instead of being straight. The 2.5 seater came in 2 parts and when fitted together wouldn't line up, was out by inches and could not see sorted. The recliners had a guard falling off and we're catching the main frame. The current one now has a twisted frame and has staples falling out underneath. Have been offered my money back by Director John Bianchi this week.

  Out of the blue we went. Table ready for lunch very soon. Food was delicious, service and timing well on time.
