  Very, very long waits - usually expected by this coffee chain, but not a 10 minute wait before ordering, and another 10 for the drink being served. Staff are friendly, and hot drinks choices are usually made to a great standard, but the colder drinks on the menu are sometimes not as flavoursome as other franchises under the same brand. Very nice seating areas, with two floors and an outdoor area. Hot Panini's, toasties, and breakfast foods are available, alongside cakes and biscuits. Soft drinks are also available if preferred to coffee.

  The basic experience is great, but when it first opens each day there are a few very loud and intrusive regular customers who make it unacceptable. I told the manager today that this would be the last time that I would come in at the start of the day. I have been a regular customer for some time. I am very sorry to give up on Tom's excellent service. Tom being the Manager.
